With over twenty years dedicated to Corporate America, Isaac Essel has collaborated with esteemed organizations such as Song Corporation of America, Pepsico, and Nestle Purina Petcare USA. His adeptness in supervising high-profile, capital-intensive projects highlights his expertise in project management and financing. Over the years, Isaac has taken under his wing and mentored numerous professional leaders in the corporate realm.
In his current roles, Isaac stands as the President and CEO of Serenity Empire USA and Serenity Global Investment Group. Additionally, he’s the Managing Director of Adom Clinic Ghana, specializing in Mental Behavioral Health Care. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Senator Donzella James appointed him as the United States Georgia Diaspora Ambassador to the 35th Senate District in March of 2022.

Isaac pursued his undergraduate studies in International Business at the University of West Georgia. As a dynamic Ghanaian-American Entrepreneur/Investor, he’s deeply committed to making a profound impact in the Mental Health sector, anchored in the belief that a sound mind opens up limitless possibilities. His extensive network in the business sector includes being a Board Member of the Ghana Diaspora Chamber of Commerce and President of the Young Ghanaians Investors’ Club of Atlanta. Moreover, he holds memberships in the Ghana International Chamber of Commerce, Douglasville Chamber of Commerce, Fulton County Chamber of Commerce, and Georgia Chamber of Commerce.

Henrietta Essel is the CFO & Chief Nurse Executive for Serenity Empire Personal Care Homes and Vice President of Serenity Global Investment Group. She is accountable for nursing practice across all of Serenity Empire Homes. This role encompasses all nursing practice for the residents, home health care, patient care services for respiratory therapy, pastoral services, clinical nutrition, social work, and nursing quality. She continually provides advocacy, education, and elderly care training for her staff.
PREVIOUS ROLE
NURSE MANAGER, CENTRALIZED STAFFING OPERATION – GRADY (2019 -2021)
As a Nurse Manager for Centralized Staffing Operations at Grady Memorial Hospital (Atlanta’s only ACS-verified Level I trauma center, only ABA-verified burn center, and advanced comprehensive stroke center), Henrietta provided 24/7 leadership and management. Her responsibilities spanned areas such as customer satisfaction, safe and effective care, finance, human resources, communication, patient advocacy, performance improvement, quality of practice, and professional development. She had oversight for the RN Float Department, Patient Care Support Float Department, Discharge Lounge, and Staffing Office. In 2021, Henrietta resigned from Grady to fully dedicate her time and resources to Serenity Empire.

Henrietta received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Argosy University, Atlanta, GA. She holds memberships in the Douglas County Chamber of Commerce, American Businesswomen’s Association, and American Nurses Association.

Throughout her nursing career, Henrietta has been honored with awards such as the Daisy (Outstanding Nurse) Award from Grady Memorial Hospital and the Excellence in Nursing Practice Award from Wellstar Health System.
