Isaac Essel has worked in the Corporate America Exclusively for more than 20 years. He has trained and mentored many professional leaders in the worlds. He is currently the President/CEO of Serenity EMPIRE, Serenity Global Investment Group and Managing DIRECTOR Adom Clinic (A mental behavioral Center).
Isaac was named the United States Georgia Diaspora Ambassador to the 358th Senate District by Senator Donzella James in March 2022
Isaac received his undergraduate Degree in International Business at University of West Georgia. He is a young Ghanaian Entrepreneur/Investor Determined to making an impact in Mental Health.

Henrietta Essel is the Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer for Serenity Empire Assisted Living Facilities, and Vice President of Serenity Empire's Global Investment Group. She is the founder and Vice President of Mind the Mind Corp.
She is accountable for nursing practice across all of Serenity Empire Homes. Henrietta's role includes all nursing practice for the residents, home health care and patient care services for respiratory therapy, pastoral services, clinical nutrition, social work, and nursing quality. She also provides advocacy, education, and continues elderly care training for her staff.
She has received several honors and awards throughout her nursing career such as Daisy (Outstanding Nurse) Award from Grady Memorial Hospital and the Excellence in Nursing Practice Award from Wellstar Health System, to name a few.
